Hannah Houser<\/h2>\n

Hannah joined Great Plains as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2022 and has served as Director\u00a0of Rehabilitation since 2023. Before becoming an SLP, she worked for six years in adult education. As an SLP, she has worked in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and in public schools. Hannah’s favorite part of working at Great Plains are the residents and finding ways to bring them a little bit of joy each day.<\/p>\n

She came to Great Plains with 5 years of previous Activities experience, having worked in a memory care unit in San Antonio in addition to experience as a medication aid. Jennifer began working as the BOM at Great Plains in March of 2021, having transferred from sister facility, Georgia Manor.\u00a0 She maintains proper billing procedures for insurance and private payors.\u00a0 Jennifer has over 20 years of skilled nursing facility experience, with most of those years serving as the Business Office Manager.\u00a0 Jennifer loves helping our residents receive and keep their Medicaid benefits.<\/p>\n
